Matt LeBlanc, an actor, known primarily for an American sitcom Friends, will join Chris Evans in the highly anticipated sequel of Top Gear. LeBlanc is a great car enthusiast. As a guest in one of the former Top Gear shows he also demonstrated that he knows how to turn the steering wheel. Of all the celebrity hosts he drove the fastest lap as a Star in a Reasonably Priced car.

Will the German blonde join Evans and LeBlanc in Top Gear?

Chris Evans welcomes the arrival of the charismatic star to the team, which is already deep in the phase of preparations for the new season. If we could trust the British media, the Evans and LeBlanc will soon be joined by at least one co-leader. Informal rumours are mentioning the name Sabine Schmitz. She is a German professional race driver, racer in the famous Nürburgring taxi. Like LeBlanc, she was also a guest in the Top Gear show for several times.

Among the other possible candidates The Telegraph and Daily Mail also mentioned the former Formula One driver David Coulthard and less known Chris Harris. Chris is an automotive journalist who has become a YouTube star in recent years. His channel Chris Harris on Cars already has about 1/3 of a million subscribed motoring enthusiasts around the world. Maybe the fact that he has not posted a new video for almost two months has something to do with Harris being preoccupied with integrating into a new role?
